The Zall Company Signs Lease with Sunset Liquors

The Zall Company is pleased to announced the recent lease signing of Sunset Liquors at Sunset Strip, a neighborhood shopping center located at 26 E. Arapahoe Road, Littleton, CO 80122.
Kyle Framson represented both sides of the transaction. Sunset Liquors leased 1,750 SF of space in the center, joining Out of Breath Sports, Moon Spa, Beachcomber Hair, and Dee O'Gees Pet Salon. Sunset Strip is locally owned and managed by Sunset on Arapahoe, LLP.
