The Zall Company is Appointed the Exclusive Real Estate Representative for Running Specialty Group in the National Market

The Zall Company is pleased to announce that it will serve as master broker for the Running Specialty Group. The Running Specialty Group (RSG) is a new retail roll-out between Gart Capital Partners and Finish Line. Gart Capital Partners made a $10 million strategic investment in Finish Line's Running Specialty Group with "the goal of creating the nation's single largest operator within the growing specialty running business." Finish Line remains majority owner of the Running Specialty Group, but Gart runs all day-to-day operations including merchandising and future acquisitions.
RSG currently operates 19 specialty running shops in seven states and the District of Columbia under The Running Company banner and is on pace to add an additional 16 stores nationally in 2013. RSG also operates a high-end website called Run.com that allows consumers to purchase shoes online, locate the closest store and view articles on running techniques and injury prevention.
