The Zall Company and First Properties Inc. closed April 10, 2009 on a $2,600,000 sale of a former Longs Drugs building in Colorado Springs to an investment group. The investment group is comprised of Golden Property, LLC and 15-16 Realty Corp. The investment group acquires the property which will house a future Sunflower Farmers Market. The property is located at 1730 Dublin Blvd. which is at the intersection of Dublin Blvd. and N. Academy Blvd. in Colorado Springs.
Cory Dulberg, Broker Associate at The Zall Company represented the seller, CVS Caremark in the transaction. Rich Walker of First Properties Inc. represented the buyers of the property, Golden Property LLC and 15-16 Realty Corp. This 27,634 square foot building will be the future location for the first Sunflower Farmers Market in the Colorado Springs area, with a planned opening of May 27, 2009. This will be the ninth store for Sunflower Farmers Market in the Colorado market.
