Zall Company Signs Lease With Sur La Table at Clayton Lane
Upscale retailer expanding in new location
Denver, Colorado — March 23, 2012
The Zall Company is pleased to announce the signing of a lease with specialty cookware retailer Sur La Table. Sur La Table will be expanding into a 7,434 square foot retail space located at 121 Clayton Lane, Denver, CO in the high-end Cherry Creek Shopping District. Sur La Table currently occupies space inside the Cherry Creek Shopping Center but will close that location April 3, 2012 to move into the larger Clayton Lane space which will feature room for cooking classes. The Clayton Lane store is expected to open this summer.
Stuart Zall of The Zall Company and Stephen Bartha of SJBartha Consulting Group represented the tenant in this transaction. David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage represented the landlord, AmCap Properties, in the transaction. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
