Forever 21 to more than quadruple its size at the Denver Pavilions with the signing of their new lease
Major expansion is just one aspect of the premier downtown Denver retail center's remerchandising plans

The Denver Pavilions – downtown Denver's premier lifestyle, fashion and dining destination – has signed a new lease with tenant Forever 21 (www.forever21.com).
As a result of the lease, Forever 21 plans to expand their location at the Denver Pavilions from 7,600 square feet, currently on one floor, to 32,000 square feet on two floors, creating a department style format. An escalator will be added to connect the first and second levels, and a new entrance will be added off Welton Street to increase access and visibility. The new expanded store will carry men's clothing in addition to their women's clothing selection. Additional terms of the lease agreement were not disclosed. Stuart F. Zall of The Zall Company, representing the Denver Pavilions in leasing efforts, was the broker for the transaction.
Forever 21's expansion is part of Denver Pavilions remerchandising plan which has been designed to provide similar types of flagship concepts, destination shops and restaurants, and one of a kind local retailers to downtown Denver.

The store's expansion is an important part of our remerchandising plans, and is another very positive indicator of the current success and incredible potential for Denver Pavilions as we eagerly enter our next decade of serving downtown Denver shoppers.”
The Denver Pavilions was Forever 21's first Colorado location.
