The Zall Company Opens Dallas Office, Names Lisa Streidl Senior Vice President
Denver-based international real estate firm expands presence to Texas

Lisa Streidl has been named senior vice president of The Zall Company, announced company president Stuart Zall. With the hiring of Streidl, the Denver-based firm expands its commercial real estate business representing both shopping center landlords and retail tenants to Texas. Assignments Lisa will be bringing with her to The Zall Company include the national expansion of retailers including Kendra Scott, Le Creuset and Aftershock, a UK based brand with three concepts it plans to roll-out across the U.S. over the next five years. Lisa also will work with Stuart Zall and Pacific Realty on the ground-up consulting and leasing of several projects in China, the first of which is slated to break ground this year.

Prior to joining The Zall Company, Streidl has held executive positions with several companies and over her career has worked with Blatteis & Schnur, Cushman and Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis, and Wahl and Associates. Her more than 17 years of experience with strategic planning, ground-up, mixed-use development consulting and retail real estate services to a select group of clients on local, regional and national levels includes overseeing national expansion of clients like Sur la Table, Lather and Seattle's Best Coffee and work with landlords The Venetian Hotel on the Grand Canal Shoppes in Las Vegas and Antara in the Polanco district of Mexico City with Walton Street Capital.
