Forever 21 to open in Santa Cruz
Santa Cruz, CA — February 7, 2012
Redtree Properties announced today the signing of a lease with Forever 21, the dynamic fashion retailer. Forever 21 will bring its exciting merchandise and proven marketing power to Downtown Santa Cruz, taking over the 20,000 square foot space previously occupied by Borders at the corner of Soquel and Pacific Avenues. After remodeling, the store is expected to open in August.

No longer will our residents have to drive to San Jose to enjoy the excitement of the Forever 21 experience." said Doug Ley, managing partner of Redtree. He added: "We are confident the other fine stores in Downtown Santa Cruz will benefit from Forever's magnetism, drawing shoppers of all ages."
