The buyer in the recent sale was represented by Stuart Zall of The Zall Company of Denver, Colo., and Neal Berkowitz of Newmark Knight Frank of Southern California.
The former Toddy's Grocery Store is a 33,000-square-foot building in central Greeley. Small Smiles Dental Center is currently a tenant in the building.
